CareerSource Suncoast is the state-designated provider of workforce services in  Manatee County and Sarasota County. We are a private, non-profit organization with a diverse Board of Directors. Our primary focus is to help businesses grow by offering proven solutions for talent recruitment and development.

CareerSource Suncoast employs Career Coaches who not only help career seekers find job leads but also prepare them for a lasting career. We help enhance their essential skills, resumes, and interview techniques, and offer personalized job referrals. Our goal is to better develop career seekers’ personal and professional lives through programs and partnerships recognized locally and statewide. Our Talent Consultants are certified workforce professionals who work directly with employers to help them recruit, train, and retain talent. The relationship between Career Coaches and Talent Consultants gives both career seekers and businesses the tools that they need to succeed.
